ABOUT DISTRICT COURT
Under the policy of MP government order of the District Judge in every district of Madhya Pradesh Government, the District Judge was appointed in Agar Malwa on 22-02-2024 and Shri Ravindra Singh Kushwah was appointed as the first District Judge in all the courts located in the fort earlier. A new building of the court building was constructed near the Chhawani Square and the present District Court and other subordinate courts started functioning from the new building of District court from 22-02-2024. Presently the District Court Apart from the headquarters Agar Malwa, under Agar Malwa there are a total of two tehsil courts namely Susner and Nalkheda.
